manager to lead our dynamic team. The sales manager’s role is to ensure the achievement of sales
and will be identifying, negotiating and closing new sales opportunities and managing
promotional plans and spending. The position will be responsible for driving internal and
external sales activities within Creative Biolabs and partner with key stakeholders to develop,
implement and execute sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and be accountable for the area of responsibility.
- Distribution growth strategy and planning: identify opportunities to add new customers and
enhance the volume with existing customers.
- Manage client contract process including negotiation, provisions, and supplemental
solution selling, capturing all information necessary for execution and billing.
- Achieve revenue and market share goals by working in conjunction with other Sales
Managers, supporting cross-segment selling tactics as needed.
Basic Qualifications
- The incumbent must have a Master's degree in Biological Sciences or chemical engineering or
organic chemistry with previous sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Outstanding public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Role Summary
This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, good laboratory
techniques, and the ability to design and execute complex experiments. The successful candidate
will have the ability to innovate and implement changes in procedures and processes to achieve
improved results while maintaining attention to detail and complete documentation of experiments
performed. This position will entail synthetic chemistry, running of automated oligonucleotide
synthesizers, and analysis of oligonucleotides.
Key Responsibilities
- Synthesis, deprotection, purification, desalting and lyophilization of oligonucleotides to
support projects in multiple application areas.
- Perform analytical testing according to SOPs and testing protocols on intermediate and
finished oligonucleotides independently or with minimal supervision.
- Develop new oligo synthesis methods and protocols.
- Develop new analytical methods.
- Design and perform experiments, analyze and interpret data.
- Coordinate activities with other groups within the organization, depending on the needs of
the assigned project.
- Assist with method development and troubleshooting of the oligonucleotide manufacturing
processes.
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree and expertise in a relevant scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biochemistry,
molecular biology, etc.).
- At least one (1) year of experience working with oligonucleotide synthesizers and a complete
understanding of the oligonucleotide synthesis process.
- Familiarity with synthetic chemistry desired.
- Experience with molecular or cellular biology is a plus.
- Knowledge in oligonucleotide manufacturing including synthesis, liquid handling,
purification and quality control (including mass spectroscopy) including experience in
manufacturing and lab automation environments.

Key Responsibilities
- He/She will be a team member in the production of recombinant proteins, and play a critical role in the discovery/development of novel molecular reagents.
- He/she will be expected to participate in experimental design, conduct experiments, optimize throughput, maintain detailed records, and generate standard operating procedures.
- Design and conduct experiments with limited supervision from Scientists.
- Evaluate data, make observations, troubleshoot, and keep detailed records in laboratory notebook.

Basic Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline, and 1-2 years of biotech/pharma industry experience is preferred.

- Experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques, required.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the position of lab manager in the antibody field. The successful individual will be responsible for managing and developing lab staff to ensure the effective operation of the antibody lab, devising, and implementing strategies to resolve process improvement issues, and collaborating with other operators to assure efficient and accurate sample handling that meets client needs.
Key Responsibilities

Independently plan, lead, and organize all activities related to the functions of the laboratory.

Manage the calibration, operation, and maintenance of all laboratory instruments and equipment.

Provide guidance to lab staff on molecular biology techniques such as gene cloning, transfection, construction of stable cell lines, and others.

Collaborate with antibody scientists and process development experts to ensure the improvement of analyses and laboratory operations.

Maintain accurate and detailed lab records, write technical reports, and present research findings to project teams and stakeholders.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of lab staff ensuring the timely completion of tasks; communicate and execute various policies, procedures, and requirements.

Basic Qualifications
